Heres the big picture...my complete history of hands since I've started writing here...The big black box is enlarged on the bottom. The highlighted portion is the past 4 days, which happened to be about 25k hands...I'd netted a smooth negative 500 big bets in that timeframe and the ride had been bumpy along the way. At points where I thought I was recovering and playing better, I found myself stacking off with weak holdings. Damnit.
I don't know if I'll be able to leave 50NL. I think I had a >500bb swing at 100NL last fall which caused me to move down. My mind wasn't ready, clearly. In addition to that, it seems like when I sit at a table, about half the is tagged with some note. It would be such a pain to get used to a whole new crowd.

Don't doubt your game your a good player. Just saw you get stacked, AA vs. J8 on a 882 flop. Those things happen, hang in there.
